Claim review and submission
Claims are reviewed before submission for issues that could cause rejections, denials, or delays.
When the same problem keeps showing up, the goal is not only to fix the current claim. It is to understand why it keeps happening.
Payment posting and reconciliation
Payments, adjustments, and remittance information are posted and reconciled inside the existing billing environment.
A posted payment does not always mean the claim deserves no further review.
Denied claims are worked through the right correction, follow-up, reconsideration, or appeal.
We also track recurring denial reasons so the same issue does not keep appearing month after month with nobody addressing the cause.
Older accounts should not just sit in an aging report.
We prioritize A/R by payer status, balance, denial history, filing or appeal deadlines, previous activity, and the next action needed.
A claim marked paid is not always paid correctly.
Where enough reimbursement information is available, we review paid claims for short-pays and other payment discrepancies that would otherwise be closed without another look.
Billing reporting and visibility
Collections matter, but they do not tell the whole story.
Your practice should be able to see what is still unresolved, which denials are being appealed, where A/R is stuck, and what the billing team is working on.
